Since January, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has been accepting new DACA applications and employment authorization (work permits) in addition to renewals. Anita and Cori talk about the requirements for filing for DACA for the first time and give a run down of the House and Senate bills that—if passed—will offer a path to citizenship for Dreamers.
